NAHS MAGAZINE

NANAIMO AFRICAN HERITAGE SOCIETY

Most significant to the presence of the society on Vancouver Island is the magazine “NAHS”. For four years now, it has been a beacon to raise awareness of diversity here in British Columbia.

The look and style of the NAHS magazine reflects my years in fashion as a runway and print model in New York. I am proud to be a staunch advocate for multiculturalism, and diversity is consistently reflected in the magazine. We feature stories on local merchants and their history, businesses, people, places and community. We proudly celebrate our diversity and many cultures by featuring local event, performers, Musicians and artist.
